Aransas County municipal warrant tools differ by city
No single portal serves the three city courts in Aransas County. Rockport keeps a static active-warrant page. It also posts a dated Incode report and a separate payment tool. Fulton publishes no public warrant list. The city has no online payment portal either. Aransas Pass runs a municipal payment portal and a telephone IVR, though it posts no citywide warrant roster. Each result reflects only that one court's records. Work the Aransas County cities in order: Rockport first, then Aransas Pass, then Fulton. Aransas Pass crosses county lines, so its city system may route nonmunicipal matters to another county's court.
| City court | Public tool located | Best first route | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rockport | Active page/report and payment portal | Municipal Court | City scope and dated publication |
| Aransas Pass | Payment portal and IVR | Municipal Court | No public roster; county boundary matters |
| Fulton | No public list or portal located | Municipal Court/Police | Call for current instructions |
Aransas County Municipal Court Warrants
Municipal courts handle city-ordinance and Class C state-law matters. In Aransas County, each city's court controls its own citations, pleas, appearances, payments, and process. A city warrant can stay off the county Sheriff's list because the court keeps its records separately. A blank county page tells you little about a municipal case. Match the city on the ticket. Not sure which city filed it? Call the issuing police department or read the case paper to identify the court before you pay anything.
Rockport’s Aransas County municipal list and portal are separate
Rockport posts an official active-warrant page plus a dated Incode report. The HTML table is static. The PDF is a report generated November 5, 2025. The payment portal handles citation and case transactions. That search is not the active list. The court's own page spells out written pleas and payment steps, including a wait period before calling about a payment. Open the city's Municipal Court page for current instructions, since that page, not the portal, is where a warrant check starts.

The court sits at 212 N Live Oak in Rockport, part of the Aransas County municipal system. Older notices show a former address, so confirm on the current court page before you drive over.
Aransas County Cities With Municipal Courts
Rockport and Fulton sit wholly inside Aransas County. Aransas Pass straddles Aransas, San Patricio, and Nueces county lines. Even so, its court stays a citywide system. For an ordinance or city citation, the municipal court is the right first stop, while a county or district case follows a different clerk route in Aransas County.
| City | Municipal court route | Known public access | Warrant coverage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rockport | Municipal Court, 212 N Live Oak | Active page, report, payment portal | City only |
| Aransas Pass | Municipal Court, 645 W Lott | Payment portal and IVR | No public roster located |
| Fulton | Municipal Court/Police, 201 N 7th | Phone, office, complaint PDF | No public list or portal located |
Fulton’s Aransas County court route begins by phone
Fulton's combined Police and Municipal Court material lists one city contact at 201 N 7th Street. The court line is (361) 729-5533 extension 100. Fulton posts no warrant roster or online search. It is not a warrant-clearance form of a website; the phone is the Aransas County route here. Ask about current hours, accepted payment methods, and any written request process before you mail anything or appear. The city's complaint PDF explains how a good-faith factual complaint is built, what testimony may follow if it is contested, and how dismissal and appeal work. That PDF is not a warrant-clearance form. City contact material has used two email suffixes, so verify the current address by phone.
Checking a Municipal Court Warrant
In Rockport, check the date on the active page first. Use the payment portal only for the case functions the court describes. Elsewhere in Aransas County, Fulton works through the combined police and municipal-court contact. Aransas Pass takes warrant and FTA questions by phone or email, while its portal and IVR handle payments only. No public warrant roster exists there. When the case is unclear, ask whether it is municipal, Aransas County, Nueces County, or San Patricio County. The traffic warrant route explains how a ticket, a court matter, and DPS reporting differ.
Aransas Pass court routing follows county boundaries
The Aransas Pass Police Department's court-appearance page separates its municipal court from the county and district contacts serving the Aransas County area. That routing matters. A city address does not prove which court holds the underlying case. A municipal citation stays with the city court. It moves only if that court directs you elsewhere. The official route page is a referral map, not a warrant result; its companion city portal handles payment, while status questions go to the court clerk.

Do not carry a Rockport or Fulton payment procedure into Aransas Pass without that Aransas County court's approval.
Inside an Aransas County Municipal Court Warrant
Public record fields vary across Aransas County's cities. Rockport's static list shows docket and date information, amount, and offense. Its report adds a warrant number and issued date. Sensitive demographic fields appear as well. A payment portal may show a case balance, yet not all process or service details.
| Case identifier | Docket, citation, or warrant number as labeled by the court |
|---|---|
| Process date | Status date or issue date, depending on the specific report |
| Offense | Local description; ask the court about abbreviations |
| Amount | May not reflect every cost; verify the current total |
| Scope | City municipal cases, not every Aransas County record |
Aransas County municipal roundup notices are not permanent
Aransas Pass set an amnesty window from February 16 through February 27, 2026, then a roundup from February 28 through March 6, all announced in its February 2026 newsletter. During amnesty, eligible people could discuss payment plans. Those dates have passed. They do not establish a no-arrest window today. Rockport's roundup material is historical, with no current 2026 notice posted. Fulton publishes no amnesty program, so treat any Aransas County roundup talk as dated until the city itself says otherwise.
Check the current city notice before relying on a roundup or amnesty. Eligibility and dates belong to the named court and year.
How to Resolve an Aransas County Municipal Court Warrant
Start with the municipal clerk. The clerk can name the exact process and whatever step the court approves for your Aransas County warrant. Rockport lists written pleas, portal payment, and other case paths subject to eligibility. Fulton requires direct contact for current warrant instructions. Aransas Pass takes payment online or by IVR. Driving-safety and deferred-disposition requests there still require court contact. Keep your receipt, and ask when the court's record will reflect the action, since the sheriff or police may route a question but the issuing court controls its own warrant record. If an Aransas Pass matter is referred to a county court, follow the referral and confirm which county has jurisdiction.
